Partners for Women's Growth, Inc. offers the expertise of a partner who can help you make professional decisions, develop management and leadership skills, and take your next important career step.
Think about it . . . a partner. Not a colleague who's too close to the situation or a friend who's too far removed. Someone who listens, questions, and helps you examine your options and possibilities. Someone with experience, knowledge, and wisdom about organizations, individuals, and professional growth and development. Someone who can evoke, encourage, shape, motivate, inspire, and affirm your vision of your future.
Our clients are smart, talented professionals representing a broad spectrum of industries and work throughout the U.S.
and Canada. Typically in their second or third jobs, they come to Partners because they want to:
- advance in the workplace,
- develop stronger management and leadership skills, or
- make a career change.
We'll help you:
- analyze your professional situation
- reach clarity by focusing on core issues
- develop a strategy and plan
- take action
- overcome obstacles, and
- recognize and celebrate your successes.
