Leadership Training for Women

Partners for Women's Growth Inc. provides organizations with the design and delivery of leadership training programs for women.

We believe that as women move higher in their organizations, they face unique challenges for success. This workshop explores these challenges and teaches women how to think and behave strategically when meeting leadership's demands.

The following program is offered at Cornell University in New York City and other locations. It is especially effective when combining Leadership Training with follow-up Performance Coaching Sessions.

Special Features

  • Prior to the session, participants will be asked to have bosses, peer and direct reports complete a LEA 360TM feedback instrument. The results will be used during class.
  • During the workshop, each participant will receive one-on-one coaching and assistance in formulating an individual development plan for leadership and career success.

Day 4 - Follow-Up Session

  • Discuss progress on their development plans and target next steps.
  • Meet with a panel of senior executive women to discuss the lessons which they have learned in navigating their careers.
